Camping
Car park and campsite
To get to the festival take the B4293 from Chepstow or Monmouth and follow the signs as you approach. Please do not follow your satnav as you get near to the festival - this is likely to take you down narrow roads that will get blocked if there is two way traffic. In particular, please not get try to get to the festival site directly from the A466 - go to Monmouth or Chepstow and follow the B4293.
The car park and campsite are open from 10am on Friday 23 May until 12pm on Monday 26 May. Please follow our marshals’ instructions and help us to keep the site safe.
For your personal safety use the pedestrian routes along the festoon lighting to and from the main festival area.
Well behaved dogs are allowed on the campsite but no animals are allowed on the festival site with the exception of assistance dogs (for which you may be asked for evidence).Only assistance animals are allowed on the festival site, including the car park and campsite.
Main festival area
Officially opens at 5.30pm on Friday 23 May and 11am on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May. You can visit the site from 8.30am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for breakfasts from selected traders and to take part in the yoga sessions at 8am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Festival ticket desk and wristbands
Follow the pedestrian route into the festival to get to the ticket desk.
Your ticket will be scanned at the ticket desk and you will be issued with a wristband. Note, a ticket can only be used once.
If you haven’t bought your ticket by the time you arrive on site you don’t have to wait to buy it at the ticket desk. Buy on the way into the festival site through https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/devauden
Every attendee, including children under 6, but excluding babies must wear a wristband. Please wear it and display it. Without it you’ll be asked to leave the site.
Fresh water
There are fresh water taps at the campsite and across the festival site, all of which are well signposted. We don’t sell bottles of water at the festival.
Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle.
Showers
We know from your post-festival feedback that you’d like showers on the campsite – that does make a whole lot of sense and this year we’ve done it!.
Toilets
There are lots of toilets including facilities for disabled people on the campsite and festival site.
These are supplied with recycled Who Gives a Crap toilet rolls – please don’t take them away. Half the company’s profits go to clean water and sanitation non profit organisations.
Please leave the toilets as you would expect to find them.
No nappies in the toilets please.
Breakfast
Food traders will be open throughout the day for campers to get breakfast in the morning. We also have a shop on the campsite selling breakfast essentials.
Yoga & meditation
Free sessions in the big top start at 8am Saturday and Sunday. No experience necessary. Don’t forget your yoga mat.
First aid
The first aid tent is by the food traders and is open during festival hours.
Security
Gates to the festival site are closed between midnight and 7am.
Our professional security team will patrol the campsite.
Signs at the campsite will display the number to call to reach the security team in an emergency.
If you need non-emergency assistance, contact a festival marshal (wearing a blue high-visibility vest).
Fire safety
There are fire extinguishers in all the major venues around the site, as well as trolleys with water and CO2 extinguishers on the campsite and festival site. CO2 extinguishers are for electrical fires.
All fire points are shown on the site plan.
Shops
Everyday essentials and newspapers are available from the on site convenience store situated near the festival entrance.
Petrol stations
The nearest petrol station is in Monmouth at the Shell / Budgens Garage - NP25 5EZ
And finally, please remember
Maximum of 6 people allowed per tent.
Keep noise to minimum in camping area and when travelling to and from festival site.
Make no noise between midnight and 7am.
Open fires not allowed.
Keep barbecues off ground and monitor them at all times.
Parking and camping is at your own risk so ensure safety of your personal belongings.
