FAQs

  • Can I get tickets on the gate?

Tickets will be available on the gate if the festival has not sold out. We highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to avoid missing out. Please note that buying tickets in advance is also cheaper than buying on the gate.

Does a festival ticket include camping?

No, you will need to purchase a separate camping ticket for £1 per tent. If you wish to bring a campervan, caravan, trailer tent or any other vehicle for camping, including a van or car with a mattress in it then please buy a motor camping ticket for this – you will need one motor camping ticket per vehicle.

Do I need to print tickets?

Not at all. Simply show your ticket on your phone on the gate.

I can’t find the email with my ticket - what do I do?

Go to https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/help#contact-eo and enter your email address to get your ticket resent to you.

    Do children need tickets?

Children 5 years old and under can enter the festival for free and you do not need to get a ticket for them – they must be accompanied by a responsible person in order to enter. Those aged between 6 and 17 years inclusive need a child ticket. Also, don’t forget it may be cheaper for a family to buy a family ticket which covers two adults and two children aged between 6 and 17 years for the price of two adults and one child – in effect one child goes free. So we can keep a track on the number of attendees, everyone including children under 6 must wear a wristband. We recommend you write a contact number on younger children’s wristbands in case they get separated from you.

Do you offer free tickets for personal assistants or carers?

Yes, we offer a free ticket to a personal assistant/carer. We recommend you apply in advance for a carer ticket.

The person needing a personal assistant/carer should purchase a ticket online as normal and then email info@devaudenfestival.com to request a free carer ticket with details of the ticket they have purchased and a scan or photo of proof of entitlement to a carer ticket such a hynt card or Nimbus Access card with a +1 symbol. We will then email a carer ticket to the person who made the request.

Do you offer reduced price tickets?

Yes, we discount online tickets bought well in advance of the festival. The earlier you buy, the cheaper the price. We also offer free entry for personal assistants/carers (please see above), a family ticket that allows two adults and two children aged 6 to 17 to get in more cheaply than buying individual tickets, and children under the age of 6 enter for free.

You can also volunteer at the festival and get a free weekend ticket – email volunteers@devaudenfestival.com to apply.

The most expensive way to buy a ticket is on the gate – we strongly recommend you buy online in advance.

Can I get a free ticket by volunteering at the festival?

Yes, you can and we’d love to hear from you if you want to volunteer. Please contact volunteers@devaudenfestival.com. Don’t worry if you have already bought a ticket – we will be happy to refund it if you help at the festival.

We also have tap water points around the main festival site and free squash at the bars.

You can bring a picnic, but please note we have a wide range of food on sale at the festival suitable for all tastes and we encourage you to support our food traders.
